Hoping the / lottery gods smile / upon me. Haikumages

Influence / the effluent of / affluence.

Twoku:
Hoping the / lottery gods smile / upon me.

The main haiku today is a timely paraphrasing of an old saying, as the lottery (PowerBall, tri-state CT/NY/NJ) tickets sit warmly in my back pocket. Gazing at the tickets, I think…they sure look like winning numbers, don’t they?  I would really like to wake up tomorrow with a great deal of influence flowing out of me!!

Good luck everybody!
