Photo Credits: neither base image is mine; both were found online. The Pinnochio “lying nose” silhouette is a vector graphic made by a designer (unknown), and the floating nose/face-painting graphic was made by another designer (unknown). I just did the blending and effects using Hipstamatic and iPhone blending apps.
