Twoku: Viewing the sunrise / through the ice crystals that grew / on my car last night.

Whoops, I did it again!  No, no, not the Brittany Spears song… I’m talking about how I started writing haiku in the first place–by captioning my photographs and realizing that I had written a haiku–I did it again, with this one!  I posted it to a Hipstamatic (iPhone camera app) community group on Facebook, then to my personal timeline, with great positive responses from both image posts. So I thought I might write a haiku about it and post to the blog, then realized I had unknowingly captioned this image with a 5-7-5 haiku already!  So here it is, along with a 3-5-3 version… 🙂

“Haikumages” are short poems (mostly haiku and senryu-style) combined with images (mostly original photographs and graphics) by Russ Murray.
