    Oh my goodness, the mood of this photo is absolutely wonderful. The haiku, although dark, somehow, makes me feel brightness is on the way.

      Thank you, thank you! You are, in fact, in an old French film! Except this was taken at Playland in Rye, NY, one of the oldest amusement parks in the United States, with a lovely boardwalk (as you can see) by the bay. This morning there was so much fog…
